I am running the 5km Rainbow Run on the 23rd of June alongside my colleagues to raise money for the East and North Hertfordshire’s Hospital Charity.

The Lister therapy team are a group of committed and passionate Physiotherapist’s, Occupational Therapist's and Support Workers who are trying to raise funds to make time in hospital as pleasant and productive as it can be for patients recovering from illness or injury. Please donate to support us to enhance the environment and experience for all. Our incredible team have many ideas and pieces of equipment they hope to purchase to improve the activities and resources available to help patients be active and engaged in rehabilitation during their stay with us.
