This July, I will be taking part in a thrilling experience across the Swiss Jura, organised by Raptör - The Ride for the Insurance Industry, with Lloyd's and a few other participants from the London market.

This 4 days Bike Ride Challenge will take place between the 10 and 14 of July in Yverdon-les-bains, and together with our Lloyd's team, my six colleagues and myself are looking to raise awareness for the great causes supported by the Lloyd's of London Foundation through this event.

During those 4 days, the circuit will be covering the following distances:

- Day 1 Shakedown Ride - 20 Miles and 1,570ft of climbing

- Day 2 Lausanne Loop - 70 miles and 5,081ft of climbing

- Day 3 Jura Mountains- 71 miles and 5,887ft of climbing

- Day 4 - Neuchatel Loop - 71 miles and 3,034ft climbing
