We support young people at risk of suicide to stay safe and find hope in times of need

Story

On 22 June 2024 I will riding 206 miles from Minster on the Isle of Sheppy to the Grand Pier in Weston super Mare. Along the way we will be climbing 9,260ft. The idea is to beat the sun across the UK. Why?

Mental Health is often overlooked until it is too late. I have known two lovely people who have committed suicide. The void left is enormous and never really fills.

I suspect that today many of us know a troubled soul and wonder what to do.

Every year over 1800 young people take their own lives, including 200 school children.

PAPYRUS is the national Charity for the Prevention of Young Suicide, providing confidential support and advice to young people struggling with thoughts of suicide, and anyone worried about a young person can seek help through their helpline, HOPELINE247.

Together, we can make a difference by supporting PAPYRUS in reducing the incidences of Suicide from the biggest killer of young people under the age of 35 in the UK.

Let's help PAPYRUS save lives. Your donations are truly lifesaving. Thank you for your support.
