Please help me raise money for Laburnum Boat Club, the children's charity in Hackney that my wife (Beth) runs!

I will be running the Hackney Half Marathon on Sunday 21st May 2023 for this great cause - so please do donate what you can.

I'd like to raise enough money to allow Laburnum Boat Club to get some desperately needed, new PCs and computer equipment to help them support the work they do for more kids.

The Laburnum Boat Club is a community-based boating project by the Regents Canal in South Hackney. It's an amazing local resource. It had over 4,000 visits by young people in 2022 alone and can only continue it's great work with donations such as yours.

A voluntary organisation managed by local people, it aims to provide opportunities for the personal development of children, young people and their families in the local community through participation in a range of water-based activities - ultimately aiming “to be a positive force for changing lives in a safe and supportive environment".
