Take on the Thames Bridges Trek to help Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF)'s medical teams save lives worldwide.

Story

My son Joe and I are raising vital funds for families who find themselves in the unimaginable situation of living in conflict zones without access to medical care.

We'll be pulling on our best trainers (his are the larger/cooler ones) to walk 25km from Putney Bridge to Tower Bridge as part of the Thames Bridges Trek. We've chosen to support Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) as the world's leading medical humanitarian aid organisation.

MSF's work in over 70 countries - including Gaza, Sudan and Yemen - provides emergency assistance to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics and natural disasters, without discrimination.

Please help us support them if you're able to. Thank you!
