CF Warrior, Ambassador Enzo is back at it and this time he wanted to do a triathlon, Enzo style!

Kicking off with a 20m (ish, probably more!) bike ride, 5km run around Wykeham Lake and then a 50 min session on the aptly named ‘Warrior’ Aqua assault course as a finisher!!!

CF Warriors was founded by Josh Llewellyn-Jones and his brother Mark. Josh was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at birth and at the age of 2, was fortunate enough to meet Dr Bob Kramer from Dallas, Texas. His advice to Josh's parents was to 'run his legs off' and exercise always needed to play a big part in Josh's life to keep him fit and healthy. Nearly 30 years on and Josh is as fit as he's ever been. Passionate about helping children with cystic fibrosis, Josh and Mark set up CF Warriors to motivate, inspire and support children on their journey to a longer, happier and healthier life.
