Saturday 3 June will see us participate in our first triathlon at Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire.

This is ‘stretch’ not ‘comfort’ zone for us. Both of us swim, cycle, and run but we’ve never done one after another – or swam in a lake!

It’ll be an adventure, it’ll be fun, it’ll be an experience that’s for sure! We’re excited and hope it’s the first of future triathlons.

We’re training for it, Julia’s kids – Atia and Jasper - are her training partners again. We do need to practice getting out of a wetsuit in seconds versus minutes 😊
