Story
Did you hear this week of a survey done in July?
It reveals nearly 1 in 4 UK adults could not afford an unexpected bill of £200.
The YouGov poll found 28% UK adults felt financially insecure, while more than 1/4 skip meals at least once a month to make ends meet.
The study, commissioned by debt charity Christians vs Poverty (CAP), says 14.7 million adults find keeping up with bills & credit commitments a heavy burden.
The poll of over 2,000 adults suggests the cost of living crisis is leading to a rise in people unable to cope with unexpected costs.
Duncan & I are taking on Move4Change London 2023 to raise funds for Crosslight's important work. We'll cycle 3x around Richmond Park to cycle 40km. We'd love to get your support for those facing tough times.
