Story

"PHYSICAL FITNESS = HEALTHY HEART, MIND, and BODY"

As we age, physical fitness is not an option. Therefore, I follow a daily exercise regimen. Consistently working out is not easy, but necessary. I have chosen to use my work out program (cardio, abs, weights, and walking) to fundraise for the “Too Fit to Quit II” campaign sponsored by Gateway Second Chance Foundation.

Your help is needed! I would appreciate your donations to help me raise funds for this worthy cause. I also want to encourage you to exercise. No matter your age or level of fitness – anything goes as long as you are moving!
