Hey everyone thank you for checking out my fundraising page for the New Forest marathon I am running on the 8 September. I have chosen to support my good friend’s charity that he works for, the Prison Phoenix Trust. As a small charity they can really do with all the support they can get and they truly are deserving, offering life changing support and rehabilitation.

To summarise, the Prison Phoenix Trust is small charity working to bring yoga and meditation to prisons in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
