We support young people at risk of suicide to stay safe and find hope in times of need

Story

On June 9th 2024 we sadly lost our son/ baby brother to suicide.

Joshua was only 26 years old when he felt like he had no other option.

In Josh’s memory we as a family would like to raise both awareness and money for a charity called PAPYRUS who are dedicated to the prevention of suicide and the promotion of positive mental health and emotional wellbeing in young people under 35.

No one should have to struggle alone with thoughts of suicide.

For us, it won’t bring Josh back but hopefully might help save someone else.

Please always remember to check in on those you love ❤️

PAPYRUS is the national Charity for the Prevention of Young Suicide.

Suicide is the biggest killer of young people under the age of 35 in the UK, every year over 1800 young people took their own lives. PAPYRUS provides confidential support and advice to young people struggling with thoughts of suicide, and anyone worried about a young person through their helpline, HOPELINE247.

Every £5 raised can contribute towards a life-saving contact to HOPELINE247. Your donations really are lifesaving, thank you.
