CNWL NHS Health Charity raises funds for exciting, and pioneering projects that improve health and wellbeing for our patients, staff and communities, by investing in people, projects and ideas which complement and enhance what the NHS is able to provide.

The charity has invested in a number of projects such as gifting 'wellbeing boxes' to staff who worked on Christmas day. The charity has also been able to provide teams with staff wellbeing areas.

I have worked in CNWL for around 8 years and would like to give something back to both staff working within the trust, and the patients we serve.

I have recently completed an Olympic length triathlon and want to challenge myself by taking on this 2 mile swim.
