Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Rehabilitation after any injury is crucial for maximum recovery, particularly in my case and many of the clients at Neurokinex. Sometimes however, due to the complexity of injuries it doesn’t come cheap. This is where Neurokinex help. They provide 6 free sessions for newly injured patients being discharged from the NHS. And now this is where you and I can help. These free sessions need funding so I perhaps stupidly only 3 weeks ago decided to sign myself, Rach and my friend Dan up to complete the Superhero Tri! Dan will swim 400m in the lake (he’s not a great swimmer), I’ll do the 10km hand cycle (I’ve not outdoor cycled in over 10 years) and Rach will run the 2.5km (probably the best of a bad bunch).

We all love a challenge and believe me this will test us. So we’re asking very kindly for any donation possible and anything really is a massive help. The benefits I have achieved from Neurokinex have been huge so I’d love for us all to help out others
