Story

Hi! Josh and Darryn are raising funds for Bipolar Edinburgh. Please support our campaign!

Bipolar Edinburgh provides information, peer support and self-management guidance to anyone affected by bipolar, including family, friends and carers, at no cost.

Volunteers and staff live with bipolar - that's what peer support means - so we try hard to offer a supportive environment and to walk the journey with you.

"Just being there and being able to talk to others helps more than anything."

"The group is crucial to me and has given me hope that I can manage to live my life with bipolar."

"I feel like, at last, I've connected with my bipolar tribe."
