As Many of you know In 2011 I suffered a Spinal Cord Injury which left me facing a new reality, one filled with challenges and uncertainties.

On the 1st of September, I will be pushing my way through The Big Half to raise money for the Neurokinex. Who provide Rehabilitation and Maintenance programs for people living with paralysis, including spinal cord injury, stroke, brain injury, cerebral palsy, and other neurological conditions.

My goal is to raise £1,000 to support Neurokinex's impactful work. Join me in making a difference!
