On 26th May I will be cycling 100 miles with Ride London in support of Mind, a mental health charity.

Mental health is a cause that is personal to me, particularly having lived through times when mental health wasn't often discussed, or a subject I understood anything about. Thankfully over the years, with the help of organisations such as Mind, there is a greater awareness and resources available to people. I only wish these were available years ago.

Over the years, through my own challenging experiences, I've also learned to understand how important it is to work on my mental health, especially when I've been on tour performing shows around the world, and we spend a lot of time in fight or flight.

My hope is that through Mind we can further help more people feel less alone thanks to the valuable work they do, supporting those in need by offering evidence-based support in communities.
