We are the global MS lifestyle charity to help everyone live well with MS

Story

There are 2.8 million people worldwide with multiple sclerosis, the most common disabling neurological condition of young adults. But there is hope beyond a diagnosis of MS.

Overcoming MS is the world’s leading multiple sclerosis healthy lifestyle charity. Our vision is that everyone with MS can lead the fullest life possible, using the practical, evidence-based and positive Overcoming MS Self-Management Programme.

Jonny has been living with MS for almost 9 years, and wants to prove to himself and the MS community that a completely average 40 year old, living with a chronic neurological condition can challenge themself physically and mentally, and just maybe achieve something a little bit special for an incredible cause. Stuart just really loves bikes and fancies a holiday! ;)

We are planning to cycle 600 miles from Bushmills on the North Coast of Ireland to Brighton over 10 gruelling days. We need to make it to Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club’s training ground on 18/05/24 to meet the manager and players, before cycling the last few miles to the AMEX Stadium with BHAFC Chairman Tony Bloom and CEO Paul Barber. On arrival we will present Overcoming MS President Linda Bloom with a special bottle of Bushmills Irish Whiskey, to toast a very special charity and incredible community :)

Thank you for your support.
