MND is an awful disease that does not discriminate. It has devastating effects on entire families and takes away something that many of us take for granted, movement.

I’m raising money in admiration for Paul Sharp and his family who have been fighting this disease with the most amazing sense of determination and bravery.

On the shortest day of the year, the winter solstice, I will be attempting to complete 4 half marathons during the hours of daylight. A ski, a row, a bike and a run!
