We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

As part of World Alzheimer's Month, I shall be joining a group of Aviva colleagues and broker partners in a 200km bike ride from the birth place of the company Norwich, to our London Head Office.

As many of us will know and have been personally affected by, Alzheimer's, and dementia more widely, is a horribly debilitating disease which robs individuals and their friends and families of a quality life.

The Alzheimer’s Society is determined to help create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice. Any contribution you are able to make would be greatly appreciated, and help to support their amazing work in supporting all of those impacted by this horrible disease until a cure is found.

For me personally, recovering from a recent slipped disc, and given East Anglia isn’t all just flat apparently (who knew?!), this is going to be a tough one. For some other lunatics in the wider team, if we hit our collective goal, they will be cycling back the other direction again, so please, please, please support our efforts for this worthy cause. Bring on the saddle sores!
