Story
St Barnabas looked after Andrea in her final few days and have continued to support myself and our family in the following months.
5 friends and myself (Steve Hayward, Anton Azzini, Jimmy Mitchel, Dan Gollick and Rob Mills) are raising money for St Barnabas Hospice who have lost around £2 million since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.
We are going to take on the Trans Eryri (Trans Snowdonia) mountain bike route, this will take us all the way from Machynlleth in the south up to Conwy in the north of Snowdonia. A distance of 120 off road miles and an elevation gain of 11000ft. Additionally to this, the route passes 4 mountain bike trail centres made up of purpose made trails, we will also ride these adding a further 40 miles and 6000ft. This will all be done over 4 days of riding on mountain bikes.
Any money you can donate to support us with this challenge would be greatly appreciated. You will be making a real difference to patients and families across Lincolnshire living with a life-limiting or terminal illness, ensuring St Barnabas can be there for them every day of the year.
By way of example, every £19.93 raised will enable St Barnabas to provide one hour of specialist at-home care to a patient living with a life-limiting or terminal illness.
