I will be playing 72 holes of golf in the one day on Sunday the second of July at my home course pollok golf club, with a friend of mine who is also doing it for a charity with great meaning to him.

On May 4th 2001 at only 9 years old my life changed forever.

My dad took his own life. Like many others, he suffered in silence with mental health issues.

Like many others he had a fear of failure and the pressures all became too much for him to bare.

Like many others, he thought that this world and the people in it would be better without him.

I have carried the effects of this traumatic event with me throughout my whole life.

I am raising money for Chris's house a charity who I personally have received help from. I hope that my fundraising will give a little back to them so that they can continue to provide support to those who need it most.
