I'm fundraising for Ty Hafan Children's Hospice to help children in Wales with a life-shortening condition. No family should have to face the death of their child alone.

My son Daniel received end of life care at Ty Hafan and appreciated the care and love and support the Ty Hafan team gave him. Help us help them to provide this care for more children in Daniel’s situation.
