I am taking part in a 7 hour endurance running challenge to raise money for an amazing boy called Alfred.

Alfred is 8 years old and suffered a brain injury at birth. Having been resuscitated and put on a ventilator, he soon showed the world what a fighter he is. He was diagnosed with Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy at 11 months and given a bleak prognosis. However, with the help of fundraising, Alfred has had many hours of therapy and continues to prove that anything is possible.

Alfred’s main dream is to walk one day, run around with his friends and be a superhero living in New York. With your help, Alfred can receive world-leading treatment at the NAPA centre to help him achieve his dreams.
