So friends and close family know why I chose the BHF to support for this challenge. For this who don't, our family both immediate and extended have been touched by the sudden shocks that a heart attack brings not only to the person affected, the immediate family, but also extended families and large numbers of friends.

Some are more fortunate than others in the outcome of the heart attacks and I would like to do what little I can to help the British Heart Foundation keep changing the odds through their research for the positive.
