On September 7th, I will be cycling 102 miles from Malmesbury to Usk (and back!) as part of the 2023 Tour de Dyson for Alzheimer's Research UK.

Compared to what any Alzheimer’s patient and family goes through, my weeks of training are nothing. However I hope my small action is enough for you to put your hand in your pocket as these causes still need our support - now more than ever in fact.
