Our vision is to live in a society where a young person’s background doesn’t determine their future.

Young people from less-advantaged backgrounds too often miss out on opportunities in and outside school to build the confidence and essential skills they need to succeed in later life. This means young people from less-advantaged backgrounds are underrepresented in the world of work. Envision works with coordinators and business partners across London, Bristol and Birmingham to give young people a chance to develop a social project, be mentored and represent their achievements to a panel of judges. The programme has a demonstrated impact on skills, confidence and aspiration.
