I am able to enjoy these long walking adventures because I can see. I can see because I am lucky enough to live in a country with an NHS which has treated my glaucoma and cataracts. But every year thousands of people worldwide, especially the poor, loose their sight to preventable and curable conditions. Sightsavers is dedicated to providing eye care to those across the world who don't have access to the services we do in countries like the UK.
