Well, you all know my history of heart issues, so I've decided to join the Sussex Heart Charity annual walk on May 4th 2025 to try and raise a little money for them.

Their introduction is:

Walk with Us for Heart Health

What started as a walk for heart patients has grown into a tradition of connection and support. Our Annual Sponsored Walk is an opportunity to meet others with similar cardiac experiences and to walk alongside the dedicated NHS staff who have played a vital role in patient care at the Sussex Cardiac Centre.

Since 1992, our walkers have raised over half a million pounds to support heart health in Sussex—funds that have transformed lives through life-saving equipment, rehabilitation programs and essential services.

Let’s continue this incredible legacy. Every step we take helps to raise vital funds for people living with heart conditions.
