Myself and 5 friends are embarking on an incredible journey to conquer the Coniston Challenge, a thrilling triathlon that will test our endurance and push us to our limits. On July 6, 2024, we will take on a series of three events:

A 15km Bike ride,

an 11.8km Hike to the summit of the iconic Old Man of Coniston,

and a 3km Canoeing adventure across Coniston Lake.

It's going to be an exhilarating day filled with excitement, determination and hopefully some laughs along the way

We have chosen to undertake this challenge in support of Alder Hey Children's Charity, an organization that is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children and their families. The work they do is truly remarkable, providing vital support and care for those who need it most.
