Sam Perkins, John’s nephew, was diagnosed with MND at 37 years old. Since then Sam has campaigned to build awareness of the disease and raise vital funds for research into a cure.

To support SAM’s Fifty/50 Campaign, John is planning to walk 50 miles along the Severn Way from Chepstow back to Bushley and raise funds for the charity.
