The Big Walk 2024 is back and better than ever! Returning on Friday 28 June, walkers will be fundraising to improve the lives of MND patients long into the future.

Story

On 28th June 2024, I'll be tackling a demanding 30-mile trek through the stunning Peak District. This challenge aims to raise crucial funds for ground-breaking Motor Neurone Disease research at the University of Sheffield.

MND affects around 5,000 people in the UK every year. It kills six people in the UK every day, with a third of those diagnosed losing their lives within just a year. Tragically, people die from this devastating disease because there are currently no treatments that can stop it. But there's hope.

Every penny donated will play a vital role in our collective fight against this devastating illness. Your contribution will directly support research efforts, offering hope to countless families affected by MND.

Imagine your donation as an investment in a brighter future – a future where a cure for MND is found, and offers hope to those living with it.

If you're inspired by this cause, or simply appreciate a good challenge, please consider donating and helping me reach my target. Together, we can make a real difference.

Thank you for your time and generosity.

Please feel free to share this page with your network; the more support, the better!
