From September 5th to 12th, 2025, I will embark on an inspiring journey, cycling 400 gruelling miles from Washington DC to Central Park in New York City as part of the "DC to NYC 2025" event. This ride is not just about the miles; it’s about making a meaningful impact for a fantastic cause: Rugby League Cares.

Rugby League Cares is the official charity of our beloved sport, and it plays a vital role in supporting individuals across our communities. From providing wellbeing and welfare support to current players, to offering career guidance for recently retired athletes, their work touches lives in profound ways. They also extend help and advice on brain health, dementia, and other conditions affecting retired players of all ages.

Moreover, RL Cares delivers life-changing health programmes to young players and their coaches through its partnership with Movember, as well as reaching out to the wider public via the Offload programme. This charity embodies compassion and commitment to improving lives.
