My son Ben and I are taking part in Tough Mudder in September and will be raising money for St Luke's Hospice. This is a charity that has provided emense support to my parents. They providing paliative care, both in the community and in their hospice in Plymouth.

I last did Tough Mudder in 2018, and at the time I swore I'd never do it again! Let this be a lesson to anyone who things making big decisions whilst simultaneoulsy enjoying a bottle of wine!
