Mental health in children has been steadily on the decline. I had my issues when I was younger and a charity like this may have been a great benefit to me as it has been with one of my children. ELFT (also known as cahms) has helped with my daughter's mental health..they helped us with pinpointing what would cause her meltdowns and how to deal with the situation. With an 8 week invention course, we have seen a big improvement in her.
