I'm supporting Shine by taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon 7th April 2024!

I am running the event for a really good friend of mine the battles with Spina Bifida every day. It is a privilege to run for such a fantastic charity. Carol has has numerous procedures over the years, but she has always remained positive throughout. Carol is most kind hearted and funniest person you could wish to meet, and would do anything for anybody despite her struggles. I can’t wait to see her face at the finish line and give her a big hug. It will be a very proud moment!
