Story
This coming January I'm going to be taking part in the Mind Norfolk & Waveney 3K per day challenge.
Over the past 2 years on my 7 stone weight loss journey, physical activity has helped my mental health massively. Things like better sleep, more energy, better self esteem, managing stress and anxiety have all come from getting active.
Mind is a charity that I really admire, I believe that absolutely no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. These guys are here for anyone when times get tough, and that helping hand is priceless.
That's why every penny I can raise will help towards their amazing support service, so I kindly ask if you could make a small donation to help me reach my £50.00 target.
As some of my fitness friends may be thinking hmm... 3K every day isn't that much right? well don't worry on some days I'm going to be spicing it up with a 10kg weighted vest and also trying to get my fasted 3K run time. 😉
