Story
Sherbourne Health’s Supporting Our Youth (SOY) program is dedicated to providing 2SLGBTQ youth with the support they need. Many of the young people they serve face challenges such as homelessness, being newcomers to Canada, or other barriers to their health and wellness. Traditional systems often fall short in meeting the needs of trans, non-binary, and queer youth, but SOY is here to bridge that gap.
SOY offers daily drop-ins, mentorship, goal planning, mental health support, primary health care, and case management. They also provide essentials like food and clothing, help build employment skills, find housing, and create connections through shared meals and community activities.
Their mission? To support the health and well-being of 2SLGBTQ youth.
I believe deeply in this program and ask for your help to raise funds so that these youth receive the support they need. Please help bridge the gap by donating today!
