Hello - I'm running the 2025 London Marathon for CAFOD and I'd be honoured and humbled if you would sponsor me...I've been running for years, but this will be my first ever full marathon. I always thought 26 miles beyond me. But I'm gonna give it my all and one way or another I WILL GET ROUND!!

My chosen good cause is CAFOD, a charity helping vulnerable people around the world. Any donation you can make, no matter how small, will make a difference. Only £5 allows a family to plant an organic vegetable garden. £10 pays for a reading lesson. And £28 would mean the gift of a goat that can provide up to 12 pints of milk a week.
