Help Me Raise Awareness and Funds for Sarcoma

Brighton Marathon 2025 · 6 April 2025 ·
This year, I am running the Brighton and Amsterdam Marathons to raise funds and awareness for Sarcoma, a rare and devastating type of cancer that has deeply affected my family.
In late 2023, my brave 3-year-old nephew, Rafferty, was diagnosed with a rare low-grade soft tissue cancer called fibromyxoid sarcoma. It all started with a small lump that led to months of tests, scans, and referrals. Hearing the words, “Your child has cancer,” was utterly heartbreaking for my sister and family.
Rafferty underwent surgery to remove the tumour, and thankfully, no further treatment is required at this stage. However, he will be closely monitored throughout his childhood. His resilience and courage through this ordeal have been nothing short of inspiring.
I am dedicating these marathons to Rafferty and to the countless families who face Sarcoma every year. All funds raised will go toward supporting Sarcoma research, raising awareness, and improving care for those impacted.
Every donation, no matter the size, will make a real difference. Thank you for your support as I run for Rafferty and for all those battling this rare disease.
