Step One Charity has supported people with mental health problems for over 85 years and the mental health crisis we are seeing now is of a truly terrifying scale. We must work proactively to address the problems which have become so widespread across our community.

I'm taking on the Great West Run for Step One Charity to help them reach more people in our community who may be at risk of crisis or even suicide. Your donation could be the difference between someone needing crisis intervention or being empowered to manage their mental health.
