On 20th August, I'll be joining a team of brilliant cyclists from 7 local businesses to take part in a 100-mile challenge, as part of the 'Goss Squad', to raise vital funds for Age UK Norwich.

I'm feeling honoured to be part of this! Not only because it’s such a worthy cause, but also on a personal level as I’m nervously excited to see if I can still cycle 100 miles after a few years off and a daughter later 😬😬
