For the month of January 2025 we task you to walk 10,000 steps a day, whilst raising vital funds to help save lives!

Story

The Step Up for Air Ambulance NI challenge is a fantastic way to kickstart the New Year. By committing to 10,000 steps a day throughout January, participants will collectively take 310,000 steps over the month, improving their own health and fitness while raising crucial funds for the Air Ambulance Northern Ireland service.

The funds raised will ensure the helicopter can continue to provide rapid-response emergency care to those in critical need, whether due to road accidents, medical emergencies, or other serious incidents. With a doctor and paramedic on board, the Air Ambulance delivers advanced medical interventions on-site, often making the difference between life and death.
