Story
Watts Truck & Van Sales Team are raising money for Ty Hafan; a Welsh charity that provides life changing care and support to children with life shortening conditions and their families who live in Wales. Their vision is to help give them a fulfilling life, supported with the compassion and specialist care they and their families need. The cost of care in the purpose built hospice in Sully, together with the additional support in the community costs a staggering £5.2 million a year. It is independent from the NHS and they have no guaranteed statutory funding.
Our aim is to raise £2,000 by the four members of the sales department (comprising of Kris Seddon, Ben Adams, Gareth Rees and Jo Bradley) doing tandem skydives from 15,000ft (less costs).
Date of the jump will be Saturday 9th September but this is dependant on the weather being favourable on that day (but would be rescheduled if not).
Please donate generously to this worthwhile cause which will help these children whether that be for short break care, helping to manage symptoms, therapy support or end of life care.
