Fasten your helmets and oil those chains because we’re trading in our walking boots and parachute for some pedal power on our next challenge.

We have Mark Andrews, Caroline Mannell, Joanna Bryant and Liam Coombs taking part on behalf of the Tour de Cure MS team.

We are doing this to support all of those living with MS including those near and dear to us. Caroline and Joanna are doing this for their friend Kev Jones while Liam and Mark are cycling for Liam's Partner, Faye Oakenfold.

No matter what got us started on this journey all of the money raised will accomplish so much for all of those with MS.

This time, we’re hitting the saddle for a 54-mile mountain bike ride around the harbours of Hampshire, all supporting those living with MS.

So here's the plan: On our trusty bikes, we’ll be navigating the beautiful coastal paths, winding lanes, and picturesque harbours as often as possible.

With your help, we can make a significant impact and continue to support groundbreaking MS research.

Here's how your generous contributions will fuel this mission:

£25 - can provide an hour of counselling for someone newly diagnosed with MS, helping them navigate their new reality.

£75 - can fund a support group meeting, creating a community for those living with MS and their families.

£150 can cover the cost of a physiotherapy session to help someone with MS maintain mobility and independence.
