I’m attempting to run the Cardiff 10k in memory of my Mam, Pamela Scaplehorn who passed away in October last year.

Mam had a kidney transplant in 1979 and survived 43 years. According to the NHS a kidney transplant from a deceased donor lasts 15-20 years on average so this is pretty amazing!

I’m hoping to raise £200 for Kidney Wales to help support other families in need of support through kidney failure.
