Many of the children Olive Academies Foundation supports have been excluded from mainstream schools and are at significant risk of being drawn into a life of crime and exploitation. They are some of the most vulnerable young people in our society. We support them, through therapeutic interventions and enrichment, to fulfil their potential in education, employment and society.

Our £5,000 fundraising target will enable these children and young people to take part in a specialist outdoor learning programme, Venture Beyond.

This bespoke, character-building programme gives children the opportunity to go out of the classroom and into the wilderness where they are supported to push their limits in a process of self-discovery. Using outdoor-based challenges, we’ll venture beyond stereotypes and self-doubt to build confidence, develop resilience, broaden horizons and create possibility.
