The mighty Chocolate Orange has chosen to support Hackney Night Shelter again! Please come along to dance around with us on Saturday 23 November for a darn good cause. Oh, and if you can donate a tenner or so to help our friends at HNS, even better! We even have a support band - EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH. You know it makes sense.

Hackney Night Shelter supports the community by providing free emergency accommodation and support to those experiencing homelessness. Over the last financial year, 197 people came through their doors, each with a different story and with 140 then moving onto longer-term accommodation. Community fundraising events are essential to keeping Hackney Night Shelter’s doors open 365 nights of the year, as they receive no government funding to provide 26 people with a safe place to sleep each night, who could otherwise be on the streets.
