Those that know me , know that I love a challenge !!

So for my next challenge I am going to Everest Base Camp for Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes.

Willen Hospice’s care touches thousands of local people every year. It is the only adult Hospice in the area, supporting people who have been given a devastating prognosis. The specialist palliative care services helps with every aspect of life whatever the illness, whether it is cancer, heart failure or dementia.

They give comfort, ease pain and reduce anxiety for patients and their loved ones. Every pound given makes a difference - as it enables them to do more for more people when and where they need it.

This care is provided free of charge and Willen Hospice relies on the support and generosity of the local community to ensure they can offer this vital service 365 days of the year.

They receive less than a quarter of our funding from the NHS, which means the rest is donated or fundraised for by amazing local people. Which is why your support is so important and so appreciated.
