Jason Frew, Graeme Buist and I intend to cycle the 215 km (134 mile) John Muir Way from Helensburgh to Dunbar over 3 days from the 12th to 14th July 2024. We're raising money for the British Heart Foundation and we'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.
