JimmyFest 2024

This year we will be celebrating James' birthday (21st June) with a JimmyFest, an event bringing together his friends to have fun, remember James, and raise money for Cardiac Risk in the Young.

Where will the money go?

All funds raised as a team will go to Cardiac Risk in the Young (registered charity 1050845).

The money will be ringfenced to fund a whole weekend of free cardiac screenings in Nottingham in memory of James. This will enable us to test 200 local young people for potentially fatal underlying cardiac conditions. The screenings will be available for anyone to sign up to for free via the CRY website when the event has been funded and the date confirmed.

NOTE: We have increased the target since we originally set up this page because the cost of cardiac screenings has increased.
